Become an ariZoni Awards Adjudicator!
We are excited to see the great shows that have
already been slated for the upcoming 2012-13 ariZoni Awards season.
The ariZoni Awards have become a celebrated high note for the
theatre community and we know you will love being a part of this
fantastic process!
You are encouraged to apply to be a
Non-Contracted or Youth Theatre adjudicator for the 2012-13 ariZoni
Awards season.
To apply to become an ariZoni Theatre Awards of
Excellence Adjudicator, please complete and print out an application
from our website (click
link here).
IMPORTANT: ALL CURRENT AND
PRIOR ADJUDICATORS MUST REAPPLY
A background in theatre as an actor, director,
choreographer, music director, technician, designer, producer,
educator or playwright is preferred.
In
addition to the completed application, please provide:

updated theatrical resume

A
written statement of qualifications, involvement and expertise
in theatre

A
current photo (headshot is ok but is not necessary)

**REQUIRED ADJUDICATOR TRAINING SESSIONS**
ALL (NEW & RETURNING) Adjudicators will be
required to attend one Adjudicator Training Session on either May
6th, 14th, or 20th.
Times and locations are listed in the following article.
Other Information
- Contracted Theatre adjudication is by
invitation only, but you may indicate on your application that
you are interested in judging this category.
- Final selections for the current season
will be announced after June 10th and you will receive an email
if you are chosen.
Save the Date for Adjudicator Training
Please plan on attending one of our Adjudicator
Training sessions! Here's how it works:
- New and returning adjudicators are asked
to complete an application (Click here for application) and MAIL
IT I, along with supporting documentation to the address
provided. All applications must be RECEIVED by April 30th.
- Applicants must attend one Adjudicator
Training Session. There are three of these scheduled during May,
but you are only asked to attend one.
- After mailing in your application and
attending a training session, you will be notified by email if
you have been selected as an adjudicator for next season.

We've just posted the updated ariZoni scholarship &
community/service awards applications and information packets.
Theatres, now is your time to nominate deserving young actors
pursuing degrees in the Performing Arts, as well as individuals who
have significantly contributed to theater excellence in the Valley.
