Attention Current and Potential ariZoni Adjudicators!
It's Spring - that time of year when new theater seasons are beginning and, we are pleased to announce that it's time for our annual period of adjudication and theater enrollments for the 2009-2010 Season!
If you are interested in adjudicating with us for the next season, please click on the link in the left hand menu for the "2009-2010 Adjudicator Guidelines/Application." We will need more than 100 adjudicators to adjudicate all the performances considered throughout the course of this new season. Adjudicators are asked to see between five and twelve shows each season, depending on the category. Productions are located throughout the Valley. Adjudicators will be selected based on individual qualifications determined by resumes submitted.

Attention Arizona Theaters!
We would like to cordially invite all current and prospective theaters to our annual Theater Meeting, which will be complete with important information, refreshments, fun games - think "Theater Jeopardy!" - and some super-great prizes!
Please plan to attend the appropriate meeting for your theater category:

* CONTRACTED THEATRES - 7 PM. * NON-CONTRACTED and YOUTH THEATRES - 8 PM.
We'll be discussing some changes to the current procedures, as well as asking your opinions about some future ideas! Please feel free to bring as many representatives as you'd like from your theaters, but please try to bring a box office representative, if possible, along with a Manager or Director for your theater. It will serve your theater better to bring representatives who deal with the adjudicators (box office personnel) as well as other decision makers at your theater.
Interested in becoming a New Participating ariZoni Theatre?
To participate, new theatres must provide:
- Documentation that they have been in existence as a producing theatre for at least one year.
- Documentation confirming that they have produced at least three shows for at least one year within a previous three-year period in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Such documentation should consist of playbills, flyers, and proof of media coverage, press clippings, etc.
Applications for theaters (new and returning) must be postmarked by June 1, 2009.* * We will accept late registrations postmarked as late as June 15 with a $100 late registration fee.
An accompanying fee of $85 includes 5 plays/musicals per season to be adjudicated within a category. Additional shows can be added for $25 each.
